TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No. 07) Order 2018" authorising the stopping up of a rectangular shaped south western part width of Palmerston Road comprising footway which lies adjacent to No's 95 - 97 Palmerston Road at Bournemouth, in the Borough of Bournemouth to enable development as permitted by Bournemouth Borough Council, under reference 7-2017-5598-F.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/3207) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Bournemouth Borough Council, Customer Contact Centre, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EB.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 18 April 2018 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
