PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
I Peter James Lewis do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the grant of a PREMISES LICENSE at 13a Station Road, Dinas Powys CF64 4DE known as 'theplug'. The application is for the sale of alcoholic beverages during opening hours and non acoustic music on a very occasional basis. Opening hours Mon//Tues/Wed 08.00-16.00 Thurs/Fri 08.00-23.00 Sat 09.00-23.00. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry CF634RU or email licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after this notice. Representations after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000. Date 21/03/2018
