YARM ROAD & McMULLEN ROAD, DARLINGTON (FOOTWAY CLOSURE), ORDER 2018
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days
from the date of this notice to make an Order under the
provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act,
1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
YARM ROAD (south side)
From the east side of Salters Lane eastwards for 135metres
From the north side of the access to Crooks Sub Station northwards
then westwards for 120metres
YARM ROAD (north side)
From the western boundary of number 383 to the eastern boundary
of number 399
From the south side of the entrance to the Retail Park eastwards for
120metres
McMullen Road
From the north side of the entrance to the Retail Park northwards for
90metres
The Order is necessary to allow electricity diversion works.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this
Order is 18 months commencing from 28th March 2018, it is
anticipated that the closures will be effective for 8 weeks.
