NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
LICENSING ACT 2003

Remy International Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 10th March 2018 for a licence to use the premises at 15-17 Broadway, Bradford, BD1 1JD for sale by retail of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and late night refreshment and food Monday to Sunday 9.00am to 6.00am. Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 7th April 2018. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.
