TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice
that the Order under section 247 of the above Act
to authorise the stopping up of a northern part
width of Kirkgate adjoining the entrance to the
Kirkgate Shopping Centre at Bradford, in the City
of Bradford, referred to in the Notice published on
28 April 2017 under reference NATTRAN/Y&H/
S247/2798, will not be made, the application for the
Order having been withdrawn.
