SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL VARIOUS PROPOSED TRAFFIC ORDERS
Notice is given of the Council’s intention to propose the
Orders listed below under the provisions of The Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984:
1. Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions
and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation
No. 9) Order 2018 (ref: ZA/TRO/Mays Close) To introduce
additional ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions on Mays Close outside the medical centre and on the bend leading
to the cycleway.
2. Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions
and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation
No. 10) Order 2018 (ref: ZA/TRO/Stratton Road) To revoke
the ‘Limited Waiting 1 Hour Mon-Sat 9am-6pm No Return
within 1 Hour’ on the north side of Stratton Road (east of
property No 4), to be replaced with ‘No Waiting at Any Time’
restriction.
A copy of the Orders and documentation may be inspected at
the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Swindon for 21 days and
online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders
Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should
be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting their
reference by no later than 6 April 2018.
