Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2060 Church Road, Webheath, Redditch)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of C2060 Church
Road, Webheath, Redditch, from its junction with
Heathfield Road for a distance of 170 metres in
a north westerly direction in order to facilitate works
for the installation of new water main by Severn Trent.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2060 Church Road, C2060
Roundabout Foxlydiate & Church Road, C2060
Foxlydiate Lane, C2137 Birchfield Road, Heathfield
Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
25 days Commencing: 26 March 2018.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and
Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013
(Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on
Butterwick Close, Fiery Hill Road, Kendal End Lane
and Bittel Road, Barnt Green]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider
making an Order the effect of which will be to
prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths
and sides of roads in Barnt Green:-
Butterwick Close (both sides) from its junction with
Fiery Hill Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly
direction. Fiery Hill Road (west side) from a point 16
metres south of its junction with Butterwick Close for
a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction; (east
side) from a point 13 metres north of its junction with
Butterwick Close for a distance of 48 metres in
a northerly direction. Kendal End Lane (north side)
from its junction with Hewell Road for a distance
of 94 metres in a westerly direction; (south side) from
a point 20 metres west of its junction with Hewell
Road for a distance of 28 metres in a westerly
direction; from a point 11 metres east of its junction
with Fierly Hill Road for a distance of 6 metres in
a westerly direction. Bittel Road (north side) from
its junction with Hewell Road for a distance of
14 metres in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation
Order (which provides for civil enforcement of
contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions)
and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access
for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons’ vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement
of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be
inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer
Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove,
Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road,
Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any
objections/representations you may have must
be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email
roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received
by 18 April 2018.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider
making an Order the effect of which will be to
prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths
and sides of roads in Alvechurch:-
Station Road (north side) from its junction with
Latimer Road for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly
direction and 17.6 metres in an easterly direction.
Latimer Road (both sides) from its junction with
Station Road for a distance of 18 metres in a northerly
direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation
Order (which provides for civil enforcement of
contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions)
and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access
for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled
persons’ vehicles.
