Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (Wyre Forest District –
Bewdley area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting
Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation)
Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Lodge Close, Bewdley]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road
in Bewdley:-
Lodge Close (east side) from a point 13.7 metres south of its junction with
Kidderminster Road for a distance of 3.7 metres in a southerly direction; (west side)
from a point 36.2 metres south of its junction with Kidderminster Road for a distance
of 23 metres in a southerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil
enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited
waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service
Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley
Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/
representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email
roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk to be received by 12 April 2018.

Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation
Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting and Restriction of
Waiting on Wilden Lane and Bridleway SV-538, Stourport]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which
will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads
in Stourport:-:
Wilden Lane (west side) from a point 105 metres north of its junction with
Bridleway SV-538 to a point 71 metres south of that junction. Bridleway SV-538
(north side) from its junction with Wilden Lane for a distance of 11.3 metres in a
westerly direction; (south side) from its junction with Wilden Lane for a distance
of 9 metres in a westerly direction.
No stopping on School Keep Clear markings from a point 10.8 metres south
of a point opposite its junction with Bridleway SV-538 for a distance of 43.5 metres
in a northerly direction.
Restrict waiting 8.30am - 9.00am and 2.50pm - 3.30pm Monday - Friday:-
Wilden Lane (east side) from a point 10.8 metres south of a point opposite its
junction with Bridleway SV-538 for a distance of 48 metres in a southerly direction.

(Coniston Way, Bewdley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Coniston Way, Bewdley from a point 87 metres
south west of its junction with Bramley Way to a point 119 metres south west of its
junction with Bramley Way in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Coniston Way; Bramley Way; Coniston Way and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing:
19 March 2018.
(C2013 Caunsall Road, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2013 Caunsall Road, Kidderminster from its
junction with New Road to its junction with A449 Wolverhampton Road in order
to facilitate repairs to railings by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2013 Caunsall Road, C2031 Bridge Road, C2283 Castle Road,
A449 Wolverhampton Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days: Commencing:
9 April 2018.
