18/01211/FUL Demolition of the existing building and replacement with a six/seven/eight storey development. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED, THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
DINGWALL ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC AND PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce one-way working, a banned turn and suspended parking in Dingwall Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) one-way working will be introduced in Dingwall Road, southbound, between Sydenham Road and Lansdowne Road;

(b) vehicles will not be permitted to turn left from Dingwall Road into Lansdowne Road;

(c) parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in Dingwall Road between Sydenham Road and Lansdowne Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Lansdowne Road, St James's Road, Newgate, Wellesley Road and Bedford Park.

4. The Order will come into operation on 09 April 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in approximately 6 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS.
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily:
(a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of the works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(b) temporarily close to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

(c) temporarily close any adjoining streets to those mentioned in the Schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress; and

(d) temporarily introduce banned turns, footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time should this be required;

(e) any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate gas works.

2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to:

(a) proceed in a direction other than that indicated by a traffic sign, or

(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.

3. Whilst the provisions of the Order remain in force, waiting or loading by vehicles will be prohibited at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified where work is in progress. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

4. During the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriately signed.

5. The Order will come into operation on the 30 March 2018 and will remain in force for a period of 18 months although it is anticipated the works will be completed within 1 week.

(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2002. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).

CHERRY TREE GREEN, FIELD CLOSE, KINGS WALK, WOODVIEW CLOSE, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main and service pipe replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Cherry Tree Green and adjacent roads.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place;

(a) One-way working for traffic will be introduced clockwise in Cherry Tree Green;

(b) Parking will be prohibited and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time within works areas in the streets listed in the schedule to this Notice.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and vehicles involved in carrying out the works.

4. The Order will come into operation on 23 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 4 months. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

a) Clyde Road will be closed at its junction with the A232 Addiscombe Road;

b) Radcliffe Road will be closed at its junction with the A232 Addiscombe Road;

c) Addiscombe Road will be designated for trams only, eastbound between its junctions with Park Hill Rise and the A232 Addiscombe Road.

3. Whilst the works are taking place the alternative routes for traffic will be as follows.

? Non-tram traffic, including buses, travelling eastbound on Addisocme road will be diverted south via Park Hill Rise to rejoin the A232 Chepstow Road eastbound.

? Traffic travelling southbound from the north end of Clyde Road will be diverted via Canning Road, Addiscome Road and Park Hill Rise to join the A232.

? Traffic wishing to join the A232 from Radcliffe Road will be required to travel south and enter the A232 at Sandilands via Harland Avenue or at Park Hill Rise via Ranmore Avenue and Deepdene Avenue.

4. The Order will come into operation on 22 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 29 March 2018. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

LISMORE ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works by Thames Water to relay a service pipe, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Lismore Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Lismore Road will be closed outside No. 21.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Normanton Road, Rockhampton Road, Selsdon Road and Lismore Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 28 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within three days, between 8am and 4pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

MITCHAM ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular parking in Mitcham Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, parking bays, bus stops and disabled bays will be temporarily suspended from no.545 Mitcham Road up to no.587 Mitcham Road, Croydon.

3. The Order will come into operation on 22 March 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
