Notice is hereby given that
on 16th March 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Airdrie by the Trustees of Airdrie Savings Bank craving the court inter alia that a judicial factor be appointed to Airdrie Savings Bank, having its principal place of business at 56 Stirling Road, Airdrie, ML6 0AW and that its estate be wound up and that the surplus on the winding up, after payment of all liabilities, be distributed in accordance with the Rules of Airdrie Savings Bank; in which petition the Sheriff at Airdrie by interlocutor dated 16th March 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Airdrie within eight days after intimation and advertisement of the petition; all of which notice is hereby given. A copy of the petition is available for inspection at the Sheriff Clerk's Office, Airdrie Sheriff Court.
