MOSS LANE TEMPORARY CLOSORE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (MOSS LANE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.42) ORDER 2018
The Council intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 9 April 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Moss Lane, from Forest Rd to Capitol Close. Alternative route will be via Moss Bank Way, Smithills Dean Rd, Smithills Croft Rd. The order is necessary due to telecoms work which will last for approximately 3 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
