Regulated Entertainment Mon - Sun 08.00 to 06.00, Late Night Refreshment, Mon - Sun 08.00 to 006.00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Floor 3, Old Town Hall, Blackburn. BB1 7DY. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blackburn.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
