NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 DECLARATION OF AN EXTENSION TO LOCAL NATDRE RESERVE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Sections 19 and 21 of the above-mentioned Act and all other powers enabling them in that behalf that the Borough Council of Bolton (the Council) hereby declares that the area of land comprising of 3.64 hectares or thereabouts consisting of land situate along Cunningham Brook between Wearish Lane and Hindley Road also including Bretherton Lane open space to Eatock Way and the open space between Eatock Way and Hindley Road Westhoughton Bolton in the County of Greater Manchester is in the ownership of the Council AND in pursuance of Section 19 (2) of the above -mentioned Act and all other powers aforesaid the Council hereby further declares that the said land is being managed as a Local Nature Reserve THIS declaration may be referred to as the Cunningham Clough Local Nature Reserve 2018 and is an extension to the Cunningham Clough Local Nature Reserve 2004 A certified copy of the Cunningham Clough Local Nature Reserve Declaration 2018 and a plan is available for public inspection free of charge at the One Stop Shop Reception at Bolton Town Hall between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday Dated: 16th March 2018
