Any person or responsible authority may make representation in writing by 30th March 2018 to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Floor 3 Old Town Hall Blackburn BB1 7DY. The application can be viewed at the Licensing Section or www.blackbum.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person b liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
