Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire
Council, as highway authority, under its relevant
powers, have made the U72621 Litmarsh Road, Marden, Temporary Closure Order 2018 to
temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the
following road: U7621 Litmarsh Road outside
Litmarsh Farm OS Grid Ref: 352860 / 249871.
The alternative route for those affected by the
proposal is via the U7260 The Vauld on the C1125
from A417 onto the C1120 from Oldschool Lane to
C1121 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to the installation of
a new water service connection and the likelihood
of danger to the public while the works are taking
place. The said closure will come into force on
12th March 2018 and may remain in force for a
maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with
the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works
are expected to be completed within 3 days. Any
