(Norchard Lane, Hartlebury)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Norchard Lane, Hartlebury from its junction with Stoney Lane to its
junction with Tugwood Lane in order to facilitate new
water connection works by Severn Trent.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be
undertaken.
Alternative route: Stoney Lane; A449 Mitre Oak
Roundabout Stourport junction A4025; A449 Mitre
Oak to Crown Lane; A449 Crown Lane Roundabout
Hartlebury; C2144 Crown Lane; Norchard Lane and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
3 days: Commencing: 14 March 2018.
(C2126 Churchill Lane, Kidderminster)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2126 Churchill
Lane, Kidderminster from its junction with C2061 Rocky
Lane to its junction with C2161 Waggon Lane in order
to facilitate works for the installation of broadband by
Barden Network.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no
other form of access; and to allow the works to
be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2061 Rocky Lane, A451 Stourbridge
Road, C2126 Waggon Lane and vice versa.
HGV Diversion: C2126 Churchill Lane, A456 Birmingham
Road, A449 Chester Road North, A449 Stourbridge
Road, A451 Stourbridge Road, C2061 Rocky Lane and
vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
5 days: Commencing: 2 April 2018.
