LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mexican Grill Ltd has applied to Harrow Council on 6th March 2018 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tortilla, Atrium Kiosk 2, St George’s Centre, St Ann’s Road, Harrow HA1 1HS for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 - 00:30, Sunday 23:00 - 00:00, and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:00, Sunday 10:00 - 23:30; as more particularly set out in the application and plans attached thereto. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Harrow Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, HARROW HA1 2UT to be received by no later than 3rd April 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.harrow.gov.uk/licensing or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
