NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 5 March 2018 Oxfordshire
County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The
effect of the orders, which come into force on 12 March is
as follows:
1. to reduce the current 30mph speed limit in the centre
of Kidmore End to 20mph. It will cover specified lengths of
Chalkhouse Green Road, Wood Lane, Tokers Green Lane and
Kidmore Lane. The Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted
Roads) (Kidmore End Parish) Order 1999 is revoked/replaced.
2. to reduce the current 50mph speed limit on the B4017
Abingdon Road (between the 30mph speed limits of Abingdon
and Drayton) to 40mph. The Oxfordshire County Council
(Abingdon) (Speed Limits) Order 2016 is revoked/replaced.
3. to introduce a 40mph speed limit in place of the current
national speed limit on Kennington Road between Kennington
and Radley villages. The Oxfordshire County Council (Radley
Parish) (Restricted Roads) Order 2000 is revoked/replaced.

Monday, 2pm to 7pm Wednesday, 9am to 1pm & 2pm to
5pm Thursday & Friday, and 9.30am to 12.30pm Saturday;
Abingdon Library, The Charter, OX14 3LY, from 9am to 7pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; 9am to 1pm
Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm Saturday; and at Kennington
Library, Village Hall, Kennington Road, OX1 5PG, from 2pm to
5.30pm Monday, 10am to 12.30pm Wednesday, 2pm to 7pm

NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND
STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE
ACT 1981
The Oxfordshire County Council,
Woolstone Footpath No. 8 (part),
Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement
Modification Order 2018.
The Order, made on 12th February 2018, if confirmed as
made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the
area by diverting 229m of Woolstone Fp No 8 that runs from
OS Grid Reference SU 2896 8939 eastwards and then eastsouth-
eastwards (across a free-range poultry field, through a
poultry barn and an agricultural barn at Oxleaze Farm) to
SU 2917 8933 to a line running for 306m from SU 2896 8939
along a field edge and then north-eastwards (by avoiding
the barns and the poultry field) through Oxleaze Farm to SU
2915 8937 and then south-south-eastwards to SU 2917
8933 where it re-joins the existing footpath as shown on the
Order map.

Speedwell Street, Oxford OX1 1NE, at the price of £3.50
per Order.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be
sent in writing to the Senior Rights of Way Officer,
Oxfordshire County Council, Definitive Map and
Commons, Speedwell House, Speedwell Street, Oxford
OX1 1NE not later than 6th April 2018. Please state the
grounds on which they are made. If no such representations
or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn,
the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an
unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State
for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any
representations or objections which have not been withdrawn
will be sent with the Order.
The County Council will consider all correspondence,
objections and representations received in response to this
consultation. They may be disseminated widely for these
purposes and made available to the public.
