main Contractors who wish to
be considered for inclusion in
a tender list for the following
project:
Demolition of existing store:
Renovations to Church
building: Extension to
provide Sacristy, Meeting
room and storage; Disabled
access and facilities:
Location; St. Sinnell's
Oratory, 1 Back Lane,
Belcoo East, Belcoo, Co.
Fermanagh BT93 5AU.
The application should include
details of similar previous
contracts with references
from previous Clients
or Consultants together
with evidence of Public
and Employers insurance
and Contractors all risks
insurance.
A shortlist of Contractors
will be generated and invited
to submit bids. Tender
documents will be sent to
qualifying contractors for
return by Monday 16th April
at 12.00 pm.
