LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO GRANT A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr David Moore has applied in respect of Manhattans Coffee House and Bar, 94 Bondgate, Darlington, DL3 7JY for grant of a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for sale of alcohol Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 00:00 and Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00. Representations to this application must be made in writing by 29/10/15 (28 days from submission) to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected Between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
