Colton (North Dunfermline) Masterplan Consultation Drop in Event

A major planning permission in principle application will be
submitted to Fife Council for a masterplanned residential
development including high quality landscaped open space
and associated works, to the north of Wellwood and east
of the A823.

In order to understand community views on the project
a pre-application consultation event will be held on
Wednesday 28th March 2018 between 2pm and 7.30pm at
the Salvation Army Community Centre, Main Road (A823),
Wellwood, North Dunfermline.
At this event project information will be available to view
and comment upon. All comments should be received no
later than Friday 6th April 2018. To make a comment after

Comments made at this consultation event are not
official representations to the planning authority but will
be recorded in a report to the Council. Once a planning
