WEST BERKSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL

(MAYFIELD AVENUE, TILEHURST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018

West Berkshire District Council INTENDS, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction over Mayfield Avenue, Tilehurst between its junction with Tilehurst foot path 14 and the western cul-de-sac end of the road a distance of about 50 metres. The purpose of this Order is to enable roadworks. The proposed Order will come into effect on 27th April 2018. It is envisaged that the closure will be in place from 27th April for up to eighteen months whilst consultation on the future use of the road takes place and associated works.

(DRURY LANE, STRATFIELD MORTIMER)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018

West Berkshire District Council INTENDS, not less than

seven days from the date of this notice, to make an

order in accordance with Section 14(1) of the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be

to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction

over Drury Lane, between its junction with Turks Lane

and its junction with Pitfield Lane.

The alternative route for all vehicles affected by the

Order is via Turks Lane and Pitfield Lane.

The purpose of this Order is to enable sewer repair

works.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 30th April 2018. It is envisaged that the closure will be in place between 16th and 18th July 2018 inclusive. The Order shall remain in force for a period of Eighteen months, or until the works are complete, whichever is the soonest. The above orders will not take effect until approved traffic signs have been erected. Dated: 12th April 2018
