Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 15

Proposed Development at Higher Stockley Farm, The Warren, Bere Regis, Dorset, BH20 7LT. Philip Trim Contractors is applying for planning permission for Construction of two covered slurry stores for the storage of pig waste anddigestate.

Temporary Traffic Management Order A338, Spur Road, Christchurch

DORSET COUNTY COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an Order under Section 14 [I] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. The order will come into operation on the 26th April 2018 at 00:0 Ihrs and will remain in force for 18 months. However it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 10th May 2018 at 23:59hrs. The order is to create a safer working area for Dorset Highways whilst they carry out works to carry out surveying and remedial works. The effect of the order is as follows;

[I] To impose a temporary 50mph speed limit upon both sides of the A338, SPUR ROAD, CHRISTCHURCH from the Ashley Heath Roundabout to the County Boundary, a total distance of approximately 9530 metres.
