NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

A56 WALTON ROAD. A56 WALTON NEW ROAD AND ADJACENT STREETS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018
The effect of which is as follows:-
Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway
A56 Walton New Road - From its junction with the A5060 Chester Road to its junction with the A56 Walton Road.
A56 Walton Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with the A49 London Road.
Hlllcllffe Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with Whitefield Road.
Osborne Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with Stetchworth Road.
Belvoir Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with Whitefield Road.
Walton Heath Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with West Avenue.
Bedford Street - From its junction with the A56 Walton New Road to its junction with Whitefield Road.
Whitefield Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Bedford Street.
Hawthorne Road - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Derby Road.
Heath Street - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Orchard Street. Kimberiey Drive - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Dundonald Avenue.
Chapel Lane - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Carlisle Street. Dundonald Avenue - From its junction with the A56 Walton Road to its junction with Kimberiey Drive.
The Order will be effective from Monday 23rd April 2018 for 14 weeks, between the hours of 7pm and 1 am, when signed on site. The restrictions will be undertaken in the following phases:-Phase 1: A56 Walton New Road, Phase 2: A56 Walton Road, Phase 3: Belvoir Road, Phase 4: Hillcliffe Road
The alternative route for Phase 1 and 2 of the works will be via the A49 London Road, A49 Wilderspool Causeway, A5060 Chester Road and vice versa. The alternative route for Phase 3 of the works will be via Whitefield Road, Hillcliffe Road, Walton New Road and vice versa, or, Whitefield Road, Bedford Street, Walton New Road and vice versa.
The alternative route for Phase 4 of the works will be via Whitefield Road, Belvoir Road, Walton New Road and vice versa.
The restrictions are required to allow for carriageway surfacing works. DATED 12th April 2018 Ref: HIGH/1848

VARIOUS ROADS IN RIXTON & W00LST0N (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 The effect of which is as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway Long Bam Lane - For its entire length.
Well Farm Close - From its junction with Long Barn Lane for a distance of 50m. Epping Drive - From its junction with Long Barn Lane tor a distance of 50m. Alder Road - For its entire length.
Acacia Avenue - From its junction with Alder Road for a distance of 50m. Wiltshire Close - For its entire length.
Gloucester Close - From its junction with Wiltshire Close for a distance of 50m. Hereford Close - From its junction with Wiltshire Close for a distance of 50m. Wessex Close - From its junction with Wiltshire Close for a distance of 50m. Suffolk Close - From its junction with Wiltshire Close for a distance of 50m. The Order will be effective from Monday 23rd April 2018 for 5 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm when signed on site.
The alternative route for Alder Road will be via Gig Lane, Dam Lane, Berkshire Drive and vice versa or via Gig Lane, Manchester Road, Dam Lane, Berkshire Drive and vice versa. The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway and footway surfacing works. DATED 12th April 2018 Ref: HIGH/1847

ACCESS WILL BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RELEVANT CONTRACTOR FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKS.
THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (VARIOUS ROADS IN BURTONWOOD) (REVOCATION AND INTRODUCTION OF SPEED LIMITS) (PART 1) ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made an Order under Sections 1,2,4,84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers on 11th April 2018. The effect of the Order is as follows:-
1. The Borough of Warrington (A572 Pennington Lane/B5204 Penkford Lane) (Revocation and Speed Limits) Order 2015 is revoked in so far as it relates to Article 7 and Schedule 2 (50mph Speed Limits) in their entirety, relating to the following:-

A572 Pennington Lane From a point approximately 229 metres south east of the

(west of B5204 Borough Boundary with St Helens to a point 27 metres south

Penkford Lane) west of its junction with B5204 Penkford Lane.

2. To introduce a 40 miles per hour speed limit on the A572 Pennington Lane from a point 229 metres south east of the St Helens Borough Boundary to a point 27 metres south west of the B5204 Penkford Lane.

In accordance with Regulation 19 of the Local Authorities Traffic Regulation Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 the Council has deferred part of the order proposed in the Notice dated 20th April 2017 and is making the Order in part as detailed in this Notice. The Order will be effective from 12th April 2018 and may be cited as "The Borough of Warrington (Various Roads in Burtonwood) (Revocation and Introduction of Speed Limits) (Parti) Order 2018"

A copy of the Order and Statement of the Council's Reason for making the Order, together with a plan of the restricted area, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, during the usual office hours Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 11 th April 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
