LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that McDonald's Restaurants limited has applied to Wiltshire Council on 21st March 2018 for the grant of a Premises Licence to use the premises at McDonald's, Petersfinger, Southampton Road, Salisbury, SPI 2FF, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23.-00 until 05:00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 18th April 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Wiltshire Council, Bourne Hill, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SPI 3UZ. Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council at the address given aboveJhe application can be viewed by prior appointment Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
