Preliminary proposals have
been developed for a residential
development to serve the span of
family life.
The proposals include:
• A wide range of new dwellings,

homes.
• A variety of specialised homes to
suit those aged 55+.
• A neighbourhood centre for the
essentials of life with convenience
store, medical centre, health
& fitness suite with spa and a
children’s day nursery.
Members of the public are invited
to a Public Exhibition when the
project team will be available to
answer questions and you will be
able to register your opinion and
suggestions.
