LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Chelsea Fine Food Ltd has applied to London Borough of Wandsworth on 5 March 2018 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Megan’s Deli, 41-43 Bedford Hill, London, SW12 9EX for the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol, Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 00:00 and Friday to Saturday 08:00 to 02:00; as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: London Borough of Wandsworth, Licensing Team, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU to be received by no later than 2 April 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.wandsworth.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
