WESTBOURNE AVE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (WESTBOURNE AVENUE) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.27) ORDER 2018 The Borough Council of Bolton has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 12 March 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Westbourne Avenue, from Bradford Rd to Lowther St. Alternative route will be signposted. The order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 2 weeks and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
