PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Act 2003
We, San Remo Barnes Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Richmond for the grant of a Premises Licence at San Remo Restaurant, 195 Castelnau, London, SWI3 9ER to: I. Permit the sale and supply of alcohol and the performance of recorded music on Monday to Saturday from MAO until 00:30, and on Sunday from 1200 until 00:00; 2. Permit the provision of late night refreshment on Monday to Saturday from 23:00 until 00:30 and on Sunday from 23:00 until 00:00 3. Allow the premises to be open to members of the public on Monday to Saturday from I LOO until 00-.30, and on Sunday from 12.00 until OOOO; 4. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on notable days. Interested parties, responsible authorities, authorised persons or other persons wishing to make representations to this application must do so by writing to: London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Licensing Authority, Head of Consumer Protection, 2nd Floor, Civic Centre, 44 York Street,Twickenham TWI 3BZ not later than 22nd March 2018, Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address, ground floor reception Monday to Friday 09.00 to 16.30 (except Bank Holidays) or via their website: www.richmond.gov.uk It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false state­ment in or in connection with this appli­cation.
