Take notice that we Languedoc Imports have made an application to Elmbridge Borough Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a new Premises Licence in respect of 7 Eriswell Crescent, Walton-on-Thames. The application and the Licensing Authority's public register can be inspected at: Environmental Health & Licensing Division, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD. Applications may be inspected Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. The date by which interested parties or responsible authorities may make representations to the relevant Licensing Authority against this application is: 30 March 2018. Any representations made must be made in writing and may not be submitted by fax or email without prior approval. Take note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale of fines (£5,000)._
