NOTICE of proposed increase in fees for vehicle and operatorlicences -S.70 Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976. The Council proposes to increase the charges for Hackney Carriage and Private HireVehicle and Private HireOperator Licences as set out below:-VEHICLE LICENCES

Any objections to the proposed increase should be sent in writing to the Head of Environment, Wycombe District Council, Council Offices, Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1BB by Friday 30th March 2018. Acopyofthis notice has been deposited at the Council Offices and is available for inspection during office hours until Friday 30th March 2018. If no objection is made by the date specified above, or if objections so made arewithdrawn the proposed increase shall come into operation on Sunday 1st April 2018 or the date of withdrawal of the objection or,if morethan one, of the last objection, whichever date is the later.Ifany objections aremade, the Council will consider these objections and if deemed appropriate any increase in the fees will come into force on adate to be determined by the Council, which shall be no later than 1st June 2018. 2nd March 2018
