To Whom it may concern I Steven Russell do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the Grant of our Premises Licence at: 15 Penrhyn Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy LL29 8LG Known as: Flat White Cafe The application is for a Premises Licence to serve alcohol between the hours of 11:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday also for live music between the hours of 12:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make reprsentations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL298AR not later than 28 Days after the date of this notice. Reprsentations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authoritys address during normal working hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being: £5,000.
