PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
I Joanne Day do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at Betws Road, Llanrwst LL26 0RA, known as Hafod Farm. The application is to:- vary the current licence re supply of alcohol, days and hours to include Monday to Sunday from 10am to 00.30hours and to supply alcohol over revised site plan. To remove current times for Live and Recorded Music on Tuesday & Saturday. Also to include showing of films as part of the licence on the same days/hours as listed. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
