The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make an Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of an eastern length of Almond Walk, Rowan Walk, Gean Walk and Scholars Walk at Hatfield, in the Borough of Welwyn Hatfield.
If made,the Order would authorise the stopping up onlytoenabledevelopment as permitted by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, under reference 6/2016/1091/DC3.
Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be availablefor inspection during normal opening hours at Hatfield Town Council, Birchwood LeisureCentre, Longmead, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 0AN in the 28 days commencing on 02 March 2018, and may be obtained, free of charge,fromthe address stated below(quotingNATTRAN/E/S247/3193).
Anyperson mayobjecttothe making of the proposed order by stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk or National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR, quoting the abovereference.Objections should be receivedbymidnight on 30 March 2018.Any person submitting anycorrespondence is advised that your personal data and correspondence will be passed to the applicant/agent to be considered.
