LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Exhibit Bars Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth to vary a Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: Exhibit B, 5 Streatham High Road, London SW16 1EF. The nature of the variation is as follows : Variation to the times that existing licensable activities can be carried out on Friday and Saturday nights from 01.00 to 02.00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, PO Box 47095, London SW18 9AQ by 28th May 2013. The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours by an appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 6th Floor, International House, Canterbury Crescent, London SW9 7QE, or via the licensing authority's website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence shall not exceed level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
