Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Elsie Joan Harnett late of Newtown House, Waterford Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, Dorset BH235JW who died on the 4th December 2017 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-signed on or before 21 st May 2018 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified.
