Notice is hereby given that Goldcrest Catering Limited T/A Bayley & Sage has applied to Wandsworth Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE at 509 Old York Road, Battersea, London SW18 1TF for Supply of Alcohol Off The Premises Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 30 March 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk The record of this application may be Inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Council, Customer Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
