Application for a Full Variation of Premises Licence

Notice is given that The New Forest Tearooms LLP has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Full Variation of a premises licence in respect of 11 Castle Street, Christchurch, Dorset BH23 1 DP for the provision of alcohol generally between the Hours 10.00am to 12.00am Monday through to Sunday.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, BH23 1AZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
