Notice of Application for trie grant of a premises licence I Ms Saitip Needham Hereby give notice that I have applied to Southampton city council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the licensing act 2003, as follows;
Thai Festival (Hoglands Park), Hoglands Park, Palmerston Road, Southampton
The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
The sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption on the premises)
The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of;
(d) a boxing or wrestling entertainment

(e) a performance of live music

(f) any playing of recorded music

(g) a performance of dance

(h) entertainment of a similar description to that falling within paragraph (e), (f) or (g), where the entertainment takes place in the presence of an audience and is provided for the purpose, or for purposes which include the purpose of entertaining that audience.

For 2 Consecutive days once a year The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at the offices of the licensing team at Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY Monday to Friday between 9am- 12pm and from 2pm-4pm or on the internet at
www.southampton.gov.uk/licensing
Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the licensing team
PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9LA so as to be received by them between 5th March 20018 and 2nd April 2018.
Please note that is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
