New Application of a premises licence

Notice is given that
"The Georgie Porgie Pie & Burger Co Ltd" has applied to West Dorset District Council for a New Application of a premises licence in respect of 'The Georgie Porgie Pie & Burger Co Ltd" 1 Alexandra Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 2LZ for the "Provision of Alcohol" generally between the hours of 12.00pm and 11.00pm Monday to Sunday.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
