Options, 14 Deptford Broadway, London SE8 4PA. Sale of alcohol for the consumption on/off premises Mon-Fri 12.00-00.00, Sat & Sun 11.00-00.00. Provision of late night refreshment Mon-Sun 23.00-00.00. Provision of regulated entertainment (live & recorded music) Mon-Sun 23.00-00.00). To extend all stated llcensable activities from 00.00 to 01.00 on any day proceeding a bank holiday.
Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice In wilting to Licensing Services, 2nd Floor, Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, London SE6 4RU (Tel. 020 8314 6400) or Email licensing@lewisham.gov.uk within 3 weeks of the date of this notice, specifying the grounds of opposition. The application and register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement In connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence Is £5000.
