ORDER 2018 The Borough Council of Bolton has made an order, the effect of which, being operative from 5 March 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in the slip road connecting Waterloo Street & Kay Street (southbound). Alternative route will be via Calvin St, Watersmeeting Rd. The order is necessary due to highway repairs which will last for approximately 1 night (8pm - 5am) and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
