THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (ELLESMERE HOUSE VISITORS CAR PARK) ORDER 2018
The Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Its effect will be to establish a parking place in Ellesmere House Car Park as follows:
Parking Place: Ellesmere House Visitors Car Park Regulated Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 7.00pm Maximum Stay: Stay 2 Hours, No return same day
Charging Point(s) Provision
Classes of Authorised Vehicles for Ellesmere House Visitor Car Park:
Motor cars within the provisions of Section 136 of the said Act of 1984;
Motor vehicles constructed or adapted for the use of the conveyance of goods or burden the un-laden weight of which does not exceed 1525kg
Solo motor cycles, Invalid carriages, Solo pedal cycles, Electric Vehicles

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will be operative from 5th March, 2018 and will be as follows:

Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within six weeks from 23rd February, 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NO. 137 HORWICH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO. 37) ORDER 2018
The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, which will be operative on the 26th February 2018 which will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No. 137 Horwich commencing from Foxholes Road point A at grid reference SD 364959 412063 in a generally south east by southerly direction to point B, Gingham Brow/junction with public footpaths Horwich 139 & 138 at grid reference SD 365132 411803 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Hor137 over a total distance of approximately 326 m.
An alternative route will be available commencing from Foxholes Road, public footpath Horwich 137 point A at grid reference SD 364959 412063; Marklands Road; public footpath Horwich 152; public footpath Horwich 145, then public footpath Horwich 139 (Gingham Brow) to point B at grid reference SD365132 411803 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Hor137.
The Order is necessary to facilitate excavation works and will continue until the 9th March 2018 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
