NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Amber Taverns Ltd applied to St Helens Council on the 14TH day of February 2018 for a Variation of the Premises Licence in force for The Commercial Hotel, 12 Station Street, Rainhill L35 OLP. Namely to alter the structure of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted, to allow for none standard timings - Christmas Eve; Boxing day; the Thursday preceding Good Friday; the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of each Bank Holiday Weekend; St Georges, St Patrick and St Valentine's Day (An additional Hour) And to remove all the condition currently imposed on the operating schedule to be replaced with the operating schedule of Amber Taverns. Representations should be made in writing by the 14th day of March 2018 to the Licensing and Land Charges Manager, Licensing and Land Charges Unit, St Helens Council, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, Merseyside WA10 1HF Details of the above application may be inspected at the Council's address given above during the Councils normal office hours, details of which may be obtained from the council. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which carries a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
