TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant. Proposed development of the Former Ravenscraig Hospital Site, Inverkip Road, Greenock, PA16 9HA, for the erection of 150-200 residential homes, roads and pedestrian infrastructure as well as amenity space. This notice follows the submission of a "Proposal of Application Notice" to the Council by the prospective applicant.
A public consultation event will take place at Branchton Community Hall on Wednesday 11th April 2018 from 4 - 7.30pm, at which information on the development will be available.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Inverclyde Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are NOT representations to the Planning Authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Inverclyde Council, normal neighbourhood notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
