LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Jessie-Lou’s Ltd of 58 East Walk, Basildon, Essex SS14 1HE has made an application for a Premises Licence in respect of the above address, for the sale of alcohol and late night refreshment for consumption on the premises between the hours of 11:30 - 23:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:30 - 22:00 Sunday.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
