LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION

An application has been made to West Oxfordshire District Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco. 1 Edington Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5YP.

The variation proposes a change and extension to the hours the store

can sell alcohol to 07:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday and also the removal of conditions on the licence. Any person wishing to object to

this application must give notice in writing stating the nature of objection by22nd March 2018.
