Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: B4348 from Poston Mill Park to Stone Street, Temporary Speed Restriction Order. to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 10 MPH on the B4348, from Poston Mill Park to Stone Street, Vowchurch, From the footpath by Clatterbrook for approximately 400 metres east.

The said restriction is required due to resurfacing works and the likelihood ofdanger to the public while the works are taking place. The said restriction will comeinto force on 15th of March 2018 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18months (unless ex tended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
