CLEE HILL COMMON Parish of Hopton Wafers County of Shropshire

Severn Trent Water has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Clee Hill Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

The proposed works are the replacement of approximately 740 metres of existing water pipeline on Clee Hill Common, to include the digging of pits or trenches, the short term use of temporary fencing and full reinstatement. The location of the replacement pipeline is marked with a red line on the attached notice plan.

A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at Hopton Wafers Village Hall, Hopton Wafers, Kidderminster, DY14 0NA until 2nd April 2018.
