WYCOMBE DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) LEASE of Open Space Land NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wycombe District Council ("the Council") intends to grant alease of open space land to the Environment Agency for aterm of 25 years. This land is described in the Schedule below. Aplan showing the land may be inspected free of charge at the Council'sCustomer Service Centreatthe address below from Monday to Friday inclusive during normal office hours 08.45 - 17.15 (16.45 Fridays).
Any observations/objections on the intended lease mustbemade in writingand receivedbythe undersigned not later than 5 March 2018.
